General registrations are open to the public starting Nov. 03 2023, 8:00am, and conclude December 15th, 2023, at 11:59pm.

Late registrations are open from December 16th, 2023 12:00am-December 20th, 2023 11:59pm with an additional $25.00 late fee.

The Pathways Program commences February 3rd, 2024 and concludes February 9th, 2024.

Changes to repertoire selections will be accepted until January 10th, 2024, 11:59pm.

*No exceptions will be permitted after this date - unless it is to retract a selection from your repertoire.

Participants are entitled to a full refund as long as they request their withdrawal before January 4th, 2024 11:59pm.
