2027 Registration Fees
All fees are in Canadian dollars. The amount shown is the total charged at checkout; no separate card-processing fee will be added. Approved Stripe refunds are reduced by Stripe’s original non-refundable processing cost.
Piano, Strings, and Guitar
These disciplines use the same age-based registration-fee schedule.

Payment and registration information
Payment instructions will be provided during online registration. Card payment through Stripe is the primary payment method. If e-transfer is necessary, contact info@pathwaysprogram.ca before paying to request approval and instructions.
Completing the registration form and payment confirms that the registration has been received. Pathways will review the registration and notify the applicant when it is approved.
Refunds
Participants may withdraw and receive a refund until Feb. 7, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. MT. E-transfer payments will be refunded in full. Stripe refunds will be reduced by the actual original non-refundable processing cost. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
Financial assistance
Financial assistance may be available. To request a reduced registration fee, the participant’s teacher or instructor must submit a written request on the participant’s behalf to info@pathwaysprogram.ca before payment. Requests are confidential and considered case by case. If approved, Pathways will confirm the adjusted fee and payment instructions.
Late registration
Late registrations may be accepted only in exceptional circumstances if space remains. Contact info@pathwaysprogram.ca before registering. An approved late registration includes a $50 late fee.
